The Head of the Community Policing Department, CP Anatoli Muleterwa, on 4th March 2026, addressed students of Bilal Muslim School, where he emphasized the importance of discipline, responsible conduct, and focus on education.
During his engagement with the learners, CP Muleterwa urged students to remain committed to their academic goals and future careers.
He cautioned them against behaviors that could lead them into conflict with the law and undermine their aspirations, including alcoholism, drug abuse, school strikes, truancy, early sexual activity, and other forms of indiscipline.
He encouraged the students to remain goal-oriented, disciplined, and guided by positive values, reminding them that the choices they make today will significantly shape their future.
CP Muleterwa further reaffirmed the Uganda Police Force’s commitment to community policing initiatives, which aim to guide, mentor, and empower young people to become responsible citizens who contribute positively to society.
