Police at central police station has mounted an operation today the 2nd November after it was tipped off by some one who was a victim of the phone thefts around Kampala.
The operation that was carried out at copper complex and surrounding areas yielded into police arresting over 15 people who have been charged with being in possession of suspected stolen property.
The property which are phones over 150 in number are thought to be worth millions of shillings.
