The ongoing National Resistance Movement (NRM) Delegates Conference is attracting participants from across the country, impacting normal traffic flow around Kololo Ceremonial Grounds.
To ensure smooth traffic flow and enhanced security, the following routing, diversion, and parking arrangements are in place:

Ssezibwa – Golf Course/Fairway – Kololo Ceremonial Grounds
Open to Normal Traffic:
John Babiiha Road (Acacia Avenue)
Jinja Road, Acacia Road to Golf Course
Restricted Roads / Cut-off Points (Accessible only to VVIPs)
Lower Kololo Terrace, Upper Kololo Terrace – Cut off for vehicles from Lugogo; use Archer Road to access Jinja Road, Wampewo Avenue – Closed at: Housing Finance Bank Kololo Traffic Lights Parking Arrangements
