In Masaka one Sekalegga Edward and Kabogozza Herman have been taken to court on charges of terrorism, murder and treason. The two are residents of Kyankere village Bisanje parish, Kabira sub county Kyotera district.
They were arrested after a well-coordinated intelligence from the public with the police. They started buying yellow NRM T- shirts from the public, which they wanted to, dress there accomplices and attack the public.
The intention could have been to hoodwink the public that it’s the ruling party agents attacking them thus discredit it.
