Today a team of pathologists led by Director of Uganda Police Force Health Services, Dr. Moses Byaruhanga exhumed the remains of one Tuyisenge Provia aged six years who was allegedly murdered by the father but denied the charges.
The body was buried in Kyakayanja LCI, Kiganda Subcounty, Kasanda district.
The late Tuyisenge Provia f/j 6 years was allegedly murdered by the father identified as Noheri Manasseh aged 33 years, a Mufumbira, peasant, a resident of Kyakayanja LCI, Kiganda Sub County.
The suspect was arrested initially and was charged with attempted murder upon interrogation he confessed to have killed the daughter in April 2018 and led Police where he had buried the body.
He however appeared in court on charges of attempted murder and pleaded guilty, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
He is now bound to face a fresh charge of murder. Inquiries into the murder case on going.
