Yesterday, the Ag Commander Field Force Unit, CP Herman Owomugisha, met with all Sector Commanders and Zonals from across the country at the Field Force Unit Headquarters in Naguru.
The meeting focused on strengthening discipline within the Unit and the Force at large, enhancing coordination and cooperation with local authorities, and promoting effective community policing.
The commanders were also urged to support and embrace the implementation of Government programmes, including the National Cleaning Exercise, by actively participating in cleaning activities within their areas of responsibility.
The meeting further emphasised the importance of implementing directives from other security organs and strengthening inter-agency collaboration to enhance crime prevention, public safety and effective policing across the country.
