The Director of Human Resource Administration, AIGP Jessy Kamunanwire, presided over a handover ceremony at Police Headquarters-Naguru on 28 September 2026.
He thanked the outgoing officers for their dedicated service and urged them to uphold the Human Resource Directorate’s good image in their new assignments.
He welcomed the incoming officers, encouraged them to work as a team and consult colleagues when challenges arise, and asked staff to give them their full support.
ACP Gumisiriza Amos handed over the office of CP Barracks Administration to ACP Hiriga Dauda;
ACP Nakirayi Grace handed over as Commandant, Other Barracks, to SSP Wagubi Herbert; and SSP Otede Ben handed over as Commandant, Nsambya Barracks, to SSP Kawalya James.
SP Semata Robert and SP Aseku Rose took over as Commandant, Jinja Barracks, and OC Ntinda/Naguru Barracks, respectively.
Senior officers from the Human Resource Directorate witnessed the handover.
