Commissioner of Police (CP) Muleterwa Anatoli, the Commissioner for Community Policing in the Uganda Police Force, engaged with staff and security personnel at the Uganda Management Institute (UMI) in Kampala this morning. During his engagement on the fundamentals of security, CP Muleterwa emphasized the importance of making security a priority in all aspects of life, starting with personal safety.
He emphasized the effectiveness of neighborhood watch programs as a critical tool in crime prevention and encouraged participants to collaborate with local security teams to develop comprehensive plans for enhancing security.
In addition to crime prevention strategies, the team was provided with practical tips on combating terrorism, as well as guidelines on road and traffic safety regulations.
