The Inspector General of Police Gen. Kale Kayihura has with immediate effect transferred and appointed the following Senior Police Officers.
I have appointed AIGP Byakagaba Abas substantive commander KMP. SCP Wafuba Ahmed is appointed is commander oil and gas. CP Namaya Benjamin who has been acting commander KMP is given special duties in the directorate of HRD. Details to be communicated later. This order takes immediate effect. Director HRA to organize the handing and taking over process.
