We have one Nduhukire Nasser aka Don Nasser a resident of Kito in Kira Municipality, Wakiso District in our custody.
On September 20, 2024, Nduhukire Nasser was apprehended by police in Malaba, Tororo District. It is alleged that in May 2024, he and others who are still at large used their influence to entice young girls, particularly students, into sexual exploitation, drug abuse, and pornography.
The incident was reported to Kira Road Police Station, prompting an investigation that led to the identification and arrest of Nasser, who had been evading arrest.
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) preferred charges of aggravated trafficking in children and defilement against him and we intend to arraign him before court as soon as possible meanwhile Investigations are ongoing to identify additional victims.
We urge the public, especially victims and those with relevant information to this matter to come forward. We also encourage those with similar experiences to report to police for assistance.
