STRENGTHENING INVESTIGATIONS OF SGBV CASES: OVER 90 OFFICERS COMPLETE SPECIALISED TRAINING

Over 90 officers have today completed a three-day joint training programme for investigators handling Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) cases at the Kikandwa FFU Police Training School.

The course closure was presided over by ACP Moses Byabagye, the Ag. Commissioner in charge of General Training under the Directorate of Human Resource Development.

In his remarks, ACP Byabagye urged the participants to uphold professionalism, integrity, and discipline in the execution of their duties. He further encouraged the officers to effectively apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the training to ensure thorough investigations of SGBV cases.
