Kira Road Police Division is appealing to the public for assistance in tracing Munyaneza Dan Nelson, a 10-year-old pupil of Kalinabiri Primary School, Kigoowa-Ntinda, who went missing on 26th July 2026.
It is alleged that at around 8:00am on that day, Dan asked for permission from his mother to go to a friend’s place to collect a book. He left home in Kulambiro Zone, Nakawa Division, but did not return. Efforts by his family and neighbours to locate him were unsuccessful, prompting a report to Police.
Police have commenced investigations, including recording statements from witnesses and pursuing available CCTV footage from nearby private cameras. A tracing notice has also been circulated, and inquiries are still ongoing.
